The movie was called Underground Comedy Movie, was released in 1999 and is a “slapstick” comedy or, according to the plot lines: “A series of comedic short films guaranteed to offend.” The Underground Comedy Movie was based on his 1988 cable access show titled The Underground Comedy Show, also by Vince Offer. No, this isn’t Shawshank Redemption but if you like many of the silly “stupid funny” comedies out these days you may just really like Underground Comedy Movie.

Underground Comedy Movie has a paltry rating of 2.8/10 on IMDB but when has that ever been an indication of a movies quality? They have “Little Miss Sunshine” in the top 250 movies of all time for Gods sake!
